1. 서비스

두근두근 우체통(이하 “서비스”)은 이용자가 쓴 편지를 무작위로 다른 이용자에게 전달하고, 받은 사람이 답장할 수 있게 하는 익명 편지 서비스입니다. 받은 편지에 24시간 안에 답장하지 않으면 편지는 받은 사람의 우체통에서 사라집니다.

서비스는 불쾌하거나 해로운 콘텐츠를 전혀 허용하지 않습니다. 다음 내용을 보내서는 안 됩니다.

이용자는 받은 편지나 답장 화면의 ⋯ → 신고하기로 불쾌한 내용을 신고하고, 보낸 사람을 차단할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 신고를 24시간 안에 확인하며, 위반이 확인되면 해당 내용을 삭제하고 보낸 사람의 이용(편지·답장 보내기)을 정지합니다.

편지와 답장의 내용에 대한 책임은 그것을 쓴 이용자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 자동 필터로 일부 표현을 막지만 모든 내용을 미리 검토하지는 않습니다.

편지 한 통을 보내려면 우표 한 장이 필요합니다. 매일 자정(한국 시간)에 무료 우표가 채워지며, 사용하지 않은 무료 우표는 이월되지 않습니다.
보상형 광고를 끝까지 보면 우표를 받을 수 있으며, 하루 받을 수 있는 횟수에는 제한이 있습니다.
우표 묶음은 소모성 상품으로, 구매한 우표는 계정에 보관됩니다. 로그인하지 않은 상태에서 앱을 삭제하거나 ‘내 데이터 모두 지우기’를 하면 함께 사라질 수 있습니다.
‘프리미엄 우체통’ 구독은 매달 자동으로 갱신되며, 구독 기간 동안 우표를 무제한으로 쓸 수 있습니다. 갱신 24시간 전까지 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정 설정에서 언제든 해지할 수 있고, 해지하면 남은 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다.
결제와 환불은 각 스토어(Apple, Google)의 정책을 따릅니다.

서비스는 운영상 필요에 따라 기능을 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱이나 이 페이지로 알립니다.

Zero tolerance. Objectionable content and abusive users are not tolerated. Insults, harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, sharing or requesting contact details, spam and anything harmful to minors are prohibited. The app is intended for adults (18+).
Filtering, reporting and blocking. Offensive words, phone numbers, links and messenger IDs are filtered automatically. Every letter and reply can be reported or its sender blocked from the “⋯” menu; reported content is removed from your mailbox immediately.
Moderation within 24 hours. We review every report within 24 hours, remove the offending content and suspend (eject) the user who posted it. Report inappropriate activity in the app or by email to tmsaeapp@gmail.com.
Stamps and subscription. Each letter uses one stamp. Free stamps refill daily; stamp packs are consumable purchases. “Premium Mailbox” is an auto-renewable monthly subscription with unlimited stamps that renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Payment and refunds follow the store’s policies. Apple’s standard EULA also applies: apple.com/legal/…/stdeula.
Your data. You can delete all your data at any time in Settings → Delete all my data. See the Privacy Policy.
